Friday Freebie: Guided Relaxation - Imagining an Expanding and Contracting Universe

This week’s Friday Freebie is a guided relaxation with the theme of connecting to the breath, feeling its presence within the body, using imagery to connect the breath and mind with the creative energy of the expanding infinite universe and to experience deep physical and mental relaxation.
